Running Fit, a seven store specialty store in Michigan, won the Ubuntu Award in 2008. This is the most prized award for specialty running stores in the U.S. and co-owners, Randy Step and Steve Angerman were extremely happy to receive it. They won out over 440 stores in America.

Dances With Dirt

Dances With Dirt is a series of four ultra/marathon/ relay events that take place in four states at four fearsome locations; Green Swamp, Florida, Devil's Ridge, Wisconsin, Hell, Michigan and Gnawbone, Indiana. The courses are designed to test the mettle of runners of all ages and fitness. Developed by the devilish mind of Running Fit's Randy Step, some of the events have become so difficult to get into, that they are put up on E-Bay to purchase.
